We frame and side. But a real project needs an electrician, a plumber, an engineer, a roofer and a dozen others. Instead of handing you a list of phone numbers, we built a network that works under our contract, our schedule and our warranty.
How It Works
You hire us.
We hire everyone else.
On a full-scope project, Platte River Builders is the general contractor. Every partner trade signs a subcontract with us, not with you.
That means one contract, one schedule, one invoice and one party responsible when something goes wrong. If the plumber's rough-in is late, you don't chase the plumber. Alicia does, and the framing crew adjusts so your completion date doesn't.
Every partner carries their own license and insurance, which we verify annually, and their work is covered by our warranty on top of theirs. If a partner electrician's junction box fails in year three, you call us, and we handle it.
We scope the whole project
Framing, siding and every partner trade estimated as one line-item proposal. No surprise "that's not our trade" later.
Partners bid to us, not to you
We get three quotes on every trade over $10k and pass the best value through with a transparent coordination fee.
One master schedule
Every trade is sequenced on a shared calendar. You see it. They see it. Rough-ins land between framing and drywall like they're supposed to.
One warranty
Our 10-year framing and 15-year siding warranties extend to coordinating any partner trade warranty claim for the life of their coverage.

Twelve production and custom builders along the Front Range use Platte River as their framing and siding subcontractor on a recurring basis.
The Builder Program gives you a dedicated account manager, per-lot cycle-time reporting, guaranteed crew capacity by quarter, and turnkey or labor-only pricing locked for the plan series. We've never missed a truss-set date on a production schedule.
